Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

You will be picked up from the airport by a Happie Travels representative and driven to your accommodation in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you will hopefully have time to relax and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime. Busy Arusha is an essential part of safari life here in northern Tanzania and most travellers pass through at some stage.

Day 2: Arusha National Park Exploration

Discover Arusha National Park’s diverse flora and fauna, including Ngurdoto Crater. Enjoy a unique walking safari with an armed ranger, spotting giraffes, zebras, and various bird species. Picnic lunch.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park Safari

Journey to Tarangire, the “home of elephants,” famous for its massive herds, iconic baobab trees, and rich birdlife. Full-day game drive with picnic lunch.

Day 4-6: Serengeti National Park Adventure:

Enter the legendary Serengeti National Park for three full days of game drives. Witness the Great Migration (seasonal), encounter abundant predators and plains game. Optional Maasai village visit en route. Picnic lunches, overnight in Serengeti.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Safari

Day 9: Lake Manyara National Park & Arusha

Day 10: Departure from Arusha:

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Optional Arusha town tour before transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) for your onward journey.
